La BM fue fundada en 1967 por Giovanni y Rino Bastianello en su ciudad natal: Montorso Vicentino. La sede de la “BM s.r.l.” se ha locializado siempre en el area industial del occidente vicentino, en Montorso. El afecto particular de los fundadores a sus propios orígenes y ciudad ha inspirado la marca empresarial y el nombre de la empresa: “BM”
